Digital products & payment

All products are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped. Excel planners include an editable workbook and printable PDFs in A4 and US Letter. The Excel bundle contains the 12 listed Excel planners. Notion templates are separate products: a template-access guide links to native Notion pages and databases you duplicate into your own workspace. A Notion account is required; Notion subscriptions are not included. Notion templates are not included in the Excel bundle and do not include Excel or PDF planner files. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable tax. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Payment is processed by Stripe. Purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription.

Delivery & compatibility

Files become available on your download page after successful payment, and a download link is sent to your checkout email. Save a copy locally. You need a PDF reader and printer for the printable pages, or compatible spreadsheet software for .xlsx files. PDFs are not fillable forms. The workbooks can be used in Microsoft Excel or imported into Google Sheets. You are responsible for access to those applications; they are not included in your purchase.

Personalized editions

The optional studio adds USD 5 to an individual planner. It changes the Excel workbook title, color palette and currency label. Currency selection does not convert amounts. Printable PDFs retain the original preset design. Your selected details are shown before checkout; example figures must be replaced with your own. The optional heart-photo edition costs a further USD 3 and adds a photo cover sheet to the Excel workbook. After payment, generate it from your private download page with your selected photo. The photo preview remains on your device; a cropped copy is saved locally for up to 24 hours to carry it through checkout and can be removed by clearing site data. On another device, or after that copy expires, choose your photo again. Images are sent only when you generate a paid photo download and are not retained on our server. You must have permission to use the photo. The same 14-day refund policy applies.

Your personal-use license

You may use and print the files for yourself and your household, as often as you need. You may make personal backups. You may not resell, redistribute, share the download link publicly, or use these files as templates for products you sell. Copyright remains with Prooflayered.

Refunds & cancellation

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, even if you have downloaded the files. Email thomastobiashansen@gmail.com with your checkout email and order reference, or use the cancellation option on our contact page. A clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund, stop using the files and delete your copies.

If a file is faulty or materially different from its description, contact us so we can provide a correction or an appropriate refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. We do not require you to waive your statutory withdrawal rights to receive a download.
