Who handles your information

What we receive

When you buy a planner, Stripe processes your payment and provides us with order details such as your email address, purchased product, payment status and billing location needed for tax. We do not receive or store your full card number. If you contact support, we receive the information you send.

Your budget entries stay with you

Downloaded PDFs and spreadsheets are used on your device or in your chosen cloud storage. We do not collect the income, expenses, debts or savings you enter into those files.

Why we use order information

We use order data to fulfill your purchase, send a download link, provide support, prevent payment abuse and meet legal accounting obligations. These activities rely on performing our contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating a secure store. We do not add buyers to a marketing list.

Service providers

Stripe handles checkout and payment records. Google Cloud and Firebase host the store and delivery service. Resend delivers transactional order emails. These providers may process data outside your country under their applicable data protection arrangements. See Stripe’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.

Storage & cookies

We retain necessary transaction records for applicable accounting requirements, generally five years under Danish bookkeeping rules. Support messages are kept only as needed to resolve requests and related obligations. If you tap a favorite heart, the selected planner ids are saved in your browser’s local storage so you can return to them. You can remove them by untapping each heart or clearing this site’s browser data. The interactive budget example stays in memory and is not sent to us. For a personalized purchase, your chosen title, theme and currency label are stored with your Stripe order to generate your downloads. Photo-edition previews are processed locally in your browser. A cropped copy is held in browser storage for up to 24 hours for checkout; expiry is checked whenever the photo feature is used. You can clear it sooner through your browser’s site-data settings. The image is sent to our server only when you generate a paid photo download, processed in memory, and not stored on the server or in Stripe. Stripe receives only the photo-edition choice and a random browser reference. On another device you will need to choose the photo again. Do not enter sensitive information in the title. Your cart selections are stored on this device until you remove them or purchase the matching items. With your optional consent, we collect first-party shop events such as page views, cart additions, checkout starts, workbook demonstration playback and downloads, using a random browser-session identifier. We do not send your budget entries, photo, personalized title, email or private order reference in these events. You can decline without affecting shopping and withdraw consent using Privacy choices in the footer. Withdrawing stops future optional events. We schedule optional event records for deletion after 90 days; necessary order and delivery records follow the accounting retention described above. We use aggregated purchase and delivery records to operate and improve the shop, including when optional analytics are declined. Separately, if you opt in to Google Ads measurement in Privacy choices, Google uses advertising measurement cookies (including _gcl cookies, normally up to 90 days) to link ad visits to purchases. We send a hashed order identifier, purchase value and currency only after payment verification; we do not send your email, photo, planner entries or private download reference. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions are disabled. Declining does not affect checkout. You can withdraw through Privacy choices. Google may process measurement data outside your country under its applicable safeguards; see Google’s privacy policy above. Your private order reference is kept in session storage for this tab so we can remove it from the address bar before optional measurement loads. Your original private link remains in your order email. Stripe may use necessary security technologies on its hosted checkout.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Legal retention obligations may limit deletion of payment records.
